To ensure that the process of manufacturing your windows and doors runs as smoothly as possible we need accurate measurements and specifications, it would be helpful if you could follow the guidelines below.
When ordering windows for new build we can take the necessary dimensions from architects plans and/or window lists. If supplying drawings please remember to specify the scale.
For DIY and trade window enquiries please specify the finished window size in millimetres and specify the cill size if required. If your overall window size as measured includes the cill height please make this clear on your order.
For windows including transoms and mullions please include the position of the centreline relative to the edge of the frame and similarly for Georgian bar or leaded windows please specify the bar/lead size and spacings otherwise we will use default sizes and positions.
All of our measurements are in millimetres so it would be helpful if dimensions could be supplied as such.
