SEPTEMBER 2008 - FLYING MORE KITES
At the end of August we received confirmation that our new internally opening, internally beaded door had passed its BSI testing and achieved the Kitemark standard for security - PAS24-1 1999. So now you can enjoy the added reassurance of a product certified to be secure.
Also this month sees our website undergoing a slight facelift in the best traditions of the computer and motor industries. As with everything we do we’re constantly striving for improvements in the service (and information) we give our customers, both old and new.

JUNE 2008 - SHOW TIME
During June we packed up our trailers with a selection of our quality products and set up a showsite at the Lincolnshire Show, following on from our earlier visit to the Newark and Notts. Show.
These events were our first opportunity to showcase our new range of stunning garden buildings - which, if you haven’t seen them yet, are standalone, fully glazed buildings that can offer a relaxing space away from your house and can be a pleasing alternative to a conservatory. JUNE 2008 - A SITE FOR SORE EYES: NEW NG GROUP WEBSITE LAUNCHED
Sorry, but I couldn’t resist that one. The new site you’re looking at now has been developed as part of our ongoing programme of improvements and new ventures within the group, its sole intention is to give you an introduction to what we do but without overloading you with information - we prefer to go over any details face-to-face whether you’re a homeowner or housebuilder as we think the personal touch is important.

MAY 2008 - ON THE RADIO
At the start of May we teamed up with Boundary Sound, Newark’s very own local radio station to announce the launch of our new Building Plastics Trade Counter with adverts every hour after the news. Our Hollywood movie trailer style ad went down well and has attracted many customers to our bright, new purpose built counter.
APRIL 2008 - BUILDING OUR FUTURE
 During April we opened the latest part of our business - the Building Plastics Trade Counter on Brunel Drive in Newark, while simultaneously opening a similar counter at our Retford Glass site.
Designed to serve local builders and roofline installers with all they could need at impressive internet prices, but without the wait you get with online ordering, our trade counters offer a huge range of products from soffit and fascia through guttering to cills, tools and sealants.
This new aspect to our business compliments our trade glazing and as such lets us provide the best possible service to the trade in the Newark and Retford areas, and beyond.
